REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re delighted with your watch. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. You can request an exchange or refund quickly and easily by contacting us at support@thebellhora.com

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date you receive your package. Please note that the return shipment must be sent within this window.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned unused, in resellable condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notes (Promotions)

For “Buy 1, Get 1” promotions, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or store credit if only one item is returned. However, items from this promotion may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.
If you wish to exchange only one of the two items, return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and may vary depending on your courier and country.

Return Processing Time

If you indicate you prefer an exchange when registering your return, we’ll start processing it immediately to complete your exchange within a few days.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your return tracking will show when the package arrives at our facility; from that moment, the 10 business days begin. You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued.
Please note it can take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

What if the item I want as an exchange is no longer available?

Please contact customer support to discuss options. We’ll let you know when we expect restock. If your return has already been received and the requested item is sold out, we’ll contact you to find a suitable solution.

What should I do if my product arrives defective or damaged?

We’re sorry this happened. Please email support@thebellhora.com with photos or a short video of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund after review.

What if I need to return my order after the 30-day window?

Please try to initiate your return within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely event you cannot, we may offer an exchange for a new item or a store credit. Contact our support team to review available options.
